If you are an existing Aqivon customer, the handling of your video and detection data is governed by your customer agreement, not by this website privacy policy.
How we share information

- Other parts of W3Villa Technologies, for sales, onboarding, and account management
- Service providers that help us operate this site (email, form processing, hosting, analytics) under written agreements that limit their use of your data
- Authorities, when required by law

We keep demo and inquiry information for as long as the related sales conversation is active and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. Server logs are retained for a short period for operational and security purposes.
